Zim sat on the floor; his purple bulbs of eyes looked sad and were down cased. It's been weeks since he had set a single foot in the transmissions room, and he could not believe the state he left it in.
The transmissions screen, in which he used to talk to the tallest on, was broken, and dirty with dust and some sort of mashed potatoes.
The floor was now covered in batter, flour, and other things GIR carried around with him. Zim stood, no longer too much in shock to walk around.
He placed his three fingered hand on the screen and a lone tear began to run down his cheek. He stayed like that for a moment before tearing away his hand. The memories in his mind assaulted him with guilt sadness and regret. He could not believe what he had gone though, for just a petty lie.
"Zim needs no one." He said to himself, "Zim will show them. ZIM will show them that he isn't inferior, isn't insane!" He screamed.
He then kicked a wall and sat back down on the ground, rocking back and forth slowly. After awhile he stood again, and walked to the elevator.
"I, ZIM am an invader. I need no one! No one." He paused, "No one." He whispered.
Then the elevator went up, without even a word from Zim. Computer knew Zim needed out of there, so he lifted Zim to the main level of the house.
Zim stepped off the elevator and began searching for GIR. GIR was in the kitchen dancing and screaming, "I'ma gonna dance all day! I'ma gonna eat all night!"
"GIR," Zim yelled, "I need you to clean up the transmission room tomorrow, while I'm at skool."
Gir saluted with his tiny hand and said, "Yes my lord," Then he paused, "Sir, I hope your not gonna be too mad but I read the note Gazzy gave yew!"
"Huh- you did?" Zim asked anger in his voice.
"Yeah! Mastah yew needs to read it!" GIR Squealed.
"Fine, but only since you think it is so important!" He snatched the note from GIR and opened it.
I currently am going to be in hi-skool with you this year. I was wondering, since Dib never shows up for the first day, if you would mind sitting with me at lunch. I know, you probably think this is a trap, or something stupid like that. But I really want to discuss some things with you, girl to, um. . . Green thing.
You better sit with me, or you will face my wrath!
Yours in eternity, Gaz
Zim smiled, "At least I ZIM, have something to look forward to tomorrow." Zim then frowned, "But, what if it is a trap?" He pondered. Then he shrugged and decided it's better to sit with her that face that tiny smelly creature's wrath.
Meanwhile in Gaz's room.
Gaz sat on my bed, laughing. That didn't take long at all, to get the brand new Game Slave 5! She was happy that all she had to do was torment everyone in line. It was a peace of cake.
Gaz stood from her bed, and walked over to her window, "I hope he read the note." She sighed.
Then she put on her pajamas and then walked down stairs. Dib was watching Mysterious Mysteries again; he seemed really into this episode.
The episode was about vampire piggy's, now this Gaz had to see. She sat next to him, and demanded popcorn, Dib gave some without a word, and he was too into the episode to care.
Gaz sat back and ate her popcorn. Her nerves were unsettled, and she felt too jumpy to watch TV. So she stood, and began to walk towards the door, "Dib, I'm going out. If you tell Dad I'm gone I will kill you!" She walked outside into the thick summertime air, now she was a girl on a new mission.
