Invader Zim: Hi-Skool (Chapter 19)

Zim slowly regained consciousness, in the cold room. He lifted his head, which was filled with a searing pain.
Not only was the lights in the room, too bright, but also the hit on his head seemed to remain with him.
"So your awake?" Rang out a happy voice.
Zim jumped, not expecting the voice. He then forced a low growl, "Where am I? Who are you?"
"I am-" The voice started.
"Who are you?" Zim interrupted.
"I am you bestest friend ever!" Cheered the voice.
The voice was now a figure, that came into the intense light just as Zim said, "No, it can't be! KEEF!"
"That's right Zim, now we will be together forever." Keef smiled.

GIR ran around, he was lost both mentally and physically. Eventually however he found himself home.
He quickly walked inside to see Gaz curled up on the couch, which worried him slightly.
"Gazzy I'm home!" GIR cheered.
"GIR?" Gaz gasped though her pain, "GIR the smeebies, their coming!"
"Yay!"GIR cheered.
The computer sighed, "Even of I highly dislike all of you, I have nothing against the smeets, so I guess I'll help."
"You will?" Gaz was shocked.
"Sure why not. But you need to do everything I tell you, and you must trust me." The computer demanded.
"Anything!" Gaz nodded.
Gaz then looked over to GIR, "GIR you need to find Zim and bring him home, do you understand?"
GIR saluted, "Okie Dokie!"
Then he was off.
This was going to be a very long night, Gaz knew.

Tak and Dib were settled in for the night, both cuddled closely together.
Dib sighed heavenly, "You know the pain I was in, from being shot. It does not compare to the pain I'm in now."
"Why are you in pain?" Tak asked worriedly.
"My heart hurts." It was the last thing said about it that night, he just drifted off to sleep.
Tak felt the sting of Dib's tears, which made her wish she could cry, she closed her eyes, "I just wish this was easy."
Then she steadily drifted off to sleep.
