Zim was the first to wake the next morning. He sat up slowly, still in pain from the hit he took from Keef just the day before. He fist inspected his wrist, which were covered in light burses, which must have occurred from his struggle. He sighed and looked at Dib who lay beside of him in a deep sleep.
Zim smiled at him. He thought Dib looked cute asleep like that. However, he noticed that Dib was still fully clothed, and still was wearing his combat boots.
Zim knew that it must have been very uncomfortable, so he decided to do something about it. He first began to take off Dib's shoes, careful to not wake him.
Then he removed Dib's clothing, coat and all. Only leaving the boy's boxers on, Zim felt satisfied. He then covered his body with the best blanket he had, and then left to make them breakfast.
Dib tossed and turned in bed, now unable to get comfortable. He murmured, "Mmm. . . Zim?"
Dib cracked open an eye and looked around, but then he decided to stay in bed. He closed his eye again, and yet again, he drifted off to sleep.
Zim stood in the kitchen cooking everything he could, even meats for Dib, knowing that they would help him start the day. Zim's lekku perked up to the sound of tiny footsteps, he turned to see GIR standing behind of him. He smiled at the little mad man, "Hello GIR."
"Heya! Mastah gonna make biscuits?" He asked.
"Yep, there already in the oven." Zim nodded.
GIR cheered then sat at the table, fork and knife at the ready. Zim smiled at him, and turned back to preparing the meal.
Dib began to wake again, this time not only to the sweet smell of breakfast but also for the need of the nearest toilet.
He sat straight up and noticed the absence of clothes on his bare chest, "What the Hell?"
He looked over to the nightstand, and there was an outfit laid out for him.
He dressed quickly and looked at a near mirror to survey himself. His new outfit was almost the same as Zim's but it was a blue version. He blushed heavily at the sight. He did not even notice the little GIR who took a seat on his head, until he spotted him in the mirror. "Why are you on my head?" He asked.
"Aw, Mary looks like Mastah! Mastah told me to tell Mary that breakfast is done!" Said the tiny robot.
"Why do you call me that?" Asked Dib confused.
"I don't know. But Mastah is waiting for yew Mary!" GIR tugged on Dib's hair, causing him to finally get out of the room and into the kitchen.
Dib's mouth watered at the sight of all the elegant foods that arrayed the table. From cereal to eggs, there seemed to be anything a teenage boy could dream of eating in one meal.
Dib walked up and suppressed a laugh; Zim was wearing a pink apron. Zim turned and smiled, "Well we have Dib-mate up, now we need Arc."
GIR jumped from Dib's head and saluted, "Okie dokie!" Then he ran for her room.
Moments later, he returned with a half-awake little girl whose eyes were half lidded as she yawned. Zim smiled and picked her up, placing her gently on a chair at the table. She smiled at her mother and looked at the food on the table, and then she frowned, "Where are the snacks?"
"No- we are not to eat snacks for breakfast Arc. Humans tend to eat what is called breakfast foods; they are sugary and high in calories so it should suit us just fine." Answered Zim.
Zim then took a spot across from Arc, right next to Dib. Dib flushed, "So where are 'my' clothes?"
"Landry." Answered Zim plainly.
Dib considered this for a moment before asking, "Did you undress me?"
"Well yes. You looked uncomfortable, so I decided to make you comfortable. Now stop questioning ZIM and eat," Answered Zim, as he ate a bite of cereal.
Dib nodded and looked down at his food, and then he realized, he had not gone to the restroom, and now his bladder was going to combust. He breathed in deeply, "Zim where is your nearest restroom?"
Zim pointed to the hall, "Last door on the left, why?"
He was answered by a frantic Dib running out of the room screaming, "I'll be right back!"
