Arc walked out of the skool building, relieved that her day had gone so well. Other than that boy. Blake made her deeply unbearablely uncomfortable.
At least Blake had mental issues, and everyone was aware of it.
Arc smiled, she loved this opportunity. Not only does she have a human to mess with, but with no one who would believe him.
Arc now was on route home, unaware of a certain person following her.
However once at the front door, she turned and came immediatly aware of his presence.
"Blake-beast, why have you followed me?" Demanded Arc.
" Blake tugged at his collar, "I would really like to talk with you."
Arc growled, "About?"
technology?" Tried Blake.
"Is this a trap?" Challenged Arc.
"No, of course not! Please, I have been starved of any intellectual conversations! Please I beg you!" Begged Blake (says the 2nd grader) .
"Also," Blake added, "I wish to learn more about- about you."
"Fine!" Arc sighed, as she gave in.
Zim sat on the floor, in front of the cabinet in the living room. He was staring intently at the variety of cases on the shelves, he was scared he was going to pick the wrong one.
Dib had told him to pick one that looked interesting, but to Zim it was life or death.
He reached a shaky hand out, and grabbed a dark looking case. It had the title, "Trick R' Treat".
Zim eyed it for a moment, the he shrugged. He then stood and sat next to Dib on the couch, and then he handed him the case.
"Zim, are you sure about this? It's horror," Dib paused looking at the case, "and it's rated R."
Zim shrugged, "Silly Dib-love, Zim knows nothing about ratings. Anyway it looked interesting."
Dib sighed, "Fine we can watch it. But if you get scared, its not my fault."
Zim laughed, "Zim does not get scared."
Arc then ran into the room, "Mama! Daddy!"
"What is it my little sweet smeet?" Zim asked worriedly, as he scooped his daughter into his arms.
Arc nuzzled her mother's cheek, "I made a friend! His name is Blake-beast! May I go to the park with him?"
"That's great!" Exclaimed Dib.
"Yes this is most good news," Zim nodded, "I guess you can go, be home by eight."
"Thank you, Mama!" Arc cheered.
"Just make sure to contact me if you run into trouble," Zim ordered.
"Yes ma'am!" Arc saluted. Then she jumped from her mother's grip, and ran from the room.
"I'm very proud of her," commented Dib.
"As is Zim." Zim agreed.
Zim and Dib remained on the couch. The movie was about to begin.
Zim had never watched a movie beforehand, he had only seen bits and peaces from some of the movies GIR occasionally watched.
Dib held up the remote, pressed play, then the movie began.
